In fact, it&#8217;s the fact that it&#8217;s not registered that&#8217;s worth being afraid of! <\/p>\n\n<p>Reasons why it is worth registering the capacity of a food market operator:<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-ad2f72ca wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The main reason is a fine for operating at unregistered capacity: for legal entities for legal entities &#8211; 20 minimum wages (UAH 134,000), for individual entrepreneurs &#8211; 11 minimum wages (UAH 73,700); <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All large retail chains and other food industry companies do not work with suppliers whose facilities are not registered;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unregistered capacity indicates that the operator is at least irresponsible or, worse, hides its production due to non-compliance with the law, and in any case, such products will be considered counterfeit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.alden.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/oig-1.jpg\" alt=\"registration of food market operator's facilities\" class=\"wp-image-2509\" style=\"width:587px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alden.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/oig-1.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.alden.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/oig-1-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.alden.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/oig-1-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.alden.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/oig-1-768x768.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<p>All operators of the &#8220;farm to table&#8221; food chain need to register their facilities, except for those who need to obtain an operating permit.<\/p>\n\n<p>The registration process is not complicated and can be completed independently by following the Registration Procedure.
